Electrical Charges are billed on a monthly basis only.
RESERVATIONS:
A deposit of $450 plus $9.90 tax is required to reserve an RV site.
Annual RV: Credit and Background Check required.

RV CANCELLATION POLICY:
A deposit of $450.00 plus tax is required to reserve a site. Sites will be assigned by the Office. For Reservations cancelled at least sixty (60) days in advance, deposit will be refunded less a $45 administration fee. NO REFUNDS for reservations cancelled with less than sixty (60 days) notice.
NO REFUNDS on RV deposits/reservations that are cancelled due to the purchase of a home.
Landlord reserves the right in its sole opinion and judgment to deny the issuance of any refund.
